At pokelly.com we try to make our delivery policy as simple as possible.
If you require faster delivery/turnaround than the stated time, please let us know and we can arrange faster delivery, orders for more than one thousand units may take longer than the stated time so please leave extra time for high volume engraving. For express deliveries courier we can have your shipment delivered to you the next working day after dispatch. Standard delivery takes two to five days from dispatch. Our top selling trophies and medals are all kept in stock and have engraving rigs set up for fast engraving, these items have a green label displaying that they are available for next day delivery with express shipping on orders placed before 11am and with express delivery selected. Our less popular lines are sourced from the manufacturers and dispatch days are stated on each individual item. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend choosing from our popular stock items.
Please note that all packages must be signed for and therefore we request you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your items.
Please note:
- Shipping timeframes are in addition to the dispatch days displayed on each product
- Orders with multiple products each having different dispatch/shipping time frames will be dispatched together on the longest dispatch timeframe
- That all delivery times are estimates - it is important that you order in good time. If possible, please advise the date of your presentation or event.

- €12.00 Express Delivery (Next Working day) *Subject to availability, large orders may take additional time to engrave.

99% of our packages are delivered within the specified times given, however, we cannot accept responsibility for loss, inconvenience or any distress caused as a result of a package not arriving on time.
To ensure you have your awards for your events please do not leave ordering to the last minute and give us plenty of time to get your order to you. We use a third party couriers with great reputation, however, on rare occasions human error will cause a package to be delayed or lost. We appreciate the understanding of all our customers.
