We would like to give our customers 100% confidence when purchasing from pokelly.com. If a customer is not satisfied with a product purchased from our site we are happy to offer a full refund on the price of the product, or a 100% refund on product price in the form of a credit note once returned within a 14 day cooling off period, as per the Distant Selling Act. Note: This does not include any items that have been personalised unless there has been a mistake in engraving the product.
Any returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip received with the goods to facilitate us to process the refund promptly.

In the event of a customer wishing to return a product bought on our site we must be notified via email or written letter within 14 calendar days of receiving the item(s) in question. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of such notification. Item(s) must be returned in the condition they were sent. Personalised items cannot be returned unless there has been a mistake on our part.
To be eligible for refund, all parts of the original item must be included in returns. Packages must not be torn.
Products that are returned and received outside the returns period indicated above will be eligible for a credit note, subject to us receiving the goods within 30 days of the original order being received by the customer.
Returned goods which do not meet the criteria outlined above will be considered as 'In Dispute'. In Dispute products will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We are happy to re-ship such items back at the customer's cost otherwise they will be destroyed after 30 days. Shipping and packaging costs, both to and from us, will remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the products only.
The customers' statutory rights are not affected.
